As you are probably aware, the Sokolic Group has evolved out of a commercial property background into a company with a strong focus on media and how it can help grow business. To this end, and in conjunction with our commercial property activities, we have developed an in house commercial property networking platform, soon to be made available to the general public and professionals in the commercial property field.

Currently in Beta, GoCommercial will provide a platform for commercial property practioners countrywide to network with each other in a safe and secure manner. Networking has become and essential tool in the commercial property game and we believe that this is the future of the way business will be conducted.

Sokolic Property Group has recently launched its new website. The website can be found at www.sokolic.co.za

The decision was taken to use this URL as the company trades in South Africa only. The .com domain was therefore reserved for all the holding company uses. The need for a unique identity was also raised by the recent successes of Sokolic Media, further leading to more of a need to differentiate the sites from each other.

Sokolic.co.za is a WordPress based website that is heavily modified to allow for search engine optimization across a property centric theme. The site has a capability of handling thousands of property listings, using custom written software based off the WordPress platform. Further development will commence on the site shortly.
