The site itself is quiet and gives the  impression of being far away from town. The various blocks were finished  in 2004, and 2005 saw the first tenants move in. The office park houses  it’s own security at the main entrance which has separate entrances and  exits for tenants and visitors.</p>
<p>The offices that are currently vacant have dry and wet kitchens, glass  plated offices, and various open areas (should you have a team of people  working together). The offices on the first floor all have glass doors  that lead to outside  balconies. One unit has a separate kitchen and  toilet should management wish to have facilities separate from other  staff members. The main bathrooms are located in the common areas of  each floor. <p>All the buildings have a main common area on the ground and first floor  which allows for a seating/waiting area. On the ground floor it allows  for a centralised reception. The centralised reception concept is not  compulsory and there is enough space to host your own reception within  the unit you choose.</p>

In the centre of all the buildings is a wide spread area which is home  to a pond and a small stream, creating the tranquillity one sometimes  needs at your place of work, this can be accessed via a deck located at  the back of each building, the decks are accessible through glass doors  that are located either side of the main common areas on the ground  floors.<br />

<p>Rates are on average R110/m2  but are negotiable. The buildings are available as a whole or split into  4 separate units.</p>
