The De Ville Shopping Centre in Durbanville is to benefit from a considerable upgrade.

The centre, which is situated in the Durbanville CBD, will be upgraded and expanded to provide additional retail and parking space. It is planned to cater for the needs of the high end market and will encompass an area of 13000m2, which is double the current area.

It is planned to incorporate major retail anchors such as Pick ’n Pay, as well as a varied tenant mix for a variety of exclusive shopping.

Construction is due to begin in the second half of 2009 and completion is envisaged during 2010.
